Mallory Hill - Director of Bands
Originally from Nashua, New Hampshire, Mrs. Hill attended Western Carolina University and obtained a Bachelors in Music and a Bachelors of Science in Education in 2018. Upon graduation, she moved to Salisbury, North Carolina, to teach at Salisbury High School. During her time there, she built the program from the ground up and set them on a path to success.
In 2021, Mrs. Hill accepted the director position at Weddington High School and has been loving it ever since. Continuing their history of excellence, the bands at Weddington have continued to place highly at regional competitions and received the honor of representing the state of North Carolina in the 2022 Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade.
Mrs. Hill is an alumni member of Sigma Alpha Iota, and an active member of the North Carolina Music Educator's Association, Women Band Directors International, and the South Central Bandmasters Association. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
